I guide Muslim women to release what holds them back and step into true growth through Divine Alignment.
My work is a unique fusion of Qur’anic wisdom, deep psychology, and soulful personal development — a space where faith and healing walk hand in hand.
This is where Rumi meets Gabor Maté.
Where Imam Al-Ghazali meets Bob Proctor.
Where feminine heart, spiritual depth, and inner strength come together.
My approach is Qur’an-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion.
That’s why this isn’t just about changing your thoughts.
This is not just Mindset-work. This is Heartwork.
“As you start to walk, the way appears.”
– Rumi
I was born in the middle of the civil war. At 8, I arrived in Germany as a refugee —carrying a new identity and a deep longing for safety. At 15, I married. At 16, I Became a mother. By 25, I was raising five children. I devoted myself to faith, family, and giving.
And yet, somewhere along the way, I lost myself. For years, I wore masks, smiled through pain, and survived — but did not live.
In 2018, everything collapsed: illness, trauma, exhaustion. My body was screaming what my heart had silenced for years: “This is not life.” That breaking point wasn’t the end. It was the beginning.
I began the journey back to myself — but struggled to find spaces that honored both: my healing and my values, my trauma and my taw heed. So I created that space — first for me, then for others.
Along the way, I trained as a certified psychological consultant, studied psychology, and immersed myself in trauma-informed methods such as Guided Imagery (Katathym Imaginative Psychotherapy) and the Yager Code. With more than 20 years of teaching Islam and mentoring women, I now merge Qur’anic wisdom with psychology, Islamic spirituality with deep emotional work, and soulful presence with practical coaching.
This is where Rumi meets Gabor Maté.
Where Imam Al-Ghazali meets Bob Proctor.
Where faith, healing, and feminine power come together.
Again and again, my clients tell me they feel truly seen — not only in their minds, but in their hearts. I hear the unspoken. I hold space with compassion, clarity, and strength.
And I believe in a new generation of mothers and daughters — one that doesn’t pass on unhealed pain, but rises awake, aligned, and free.
This isn’t just Mindset-work. This is Heartwork.
A sacred journey of Divine Alignment. Click each step below to explore how the method works.
You begin by naming what is no longer acceptable in your life. Here, awareness starts: “This is what I feel. This is where I am. This is what I can no longer tolerate.”
→ Ready to take the next step?
You uncover the hidden roots behind your patterns, pain, and reactions. Healing begins when you see the truth of where it all comes from.
→ Ready to take the next step?
You meet yourself with compassion and replace fear-driven beliefs with Qur’an-aligned truth. This is where healing takes root.
→ Ready to take the next step?
Healing must be lived, not just understood. You embody trust, dignity, and new choices that transform your daily life.
→ Ready to take the next step?
The final step is Divine Alignment — remembering who you are in the eyes of Allah and walking with clarity, purpose, and grace.
→ Ready to take the next step?
Heartwork is not one narrow method. It’s the integration of Qur’anic wisdom, psychology, and proven healing practices. These are the foundations I draw from to guide your transformation:
This is not just mindset work. This is Heartwork.
Qur’anic Psychology & Prophetic Wisdom — guiding your growth through timeless truths
Al-Ghazali’s philosophy — understanding the heart, the ego, and the path back to Allah
Gabor Maté’s compassion-based trauma approach — seeing pain as a message, not a flaw
Katathym Imaginative Psychotherapy (Guided Imagery) — accessing the subconscious through symbolic imagery
Mindset Tools — inspired by Bob Proctor’s teachings on belief systems and inner programming
Subliminal Therapy / Yager Code — working with the subconscious mind to release root blocks
I hold a safe and sacred space where spiritual return and inner healing come together. My role is to build bridges: between you and Allah, between the wounded parts of yourself, and between your heart and your daily life. We work with Qur’anic reflection, trauma-sensitive methods, heartwork, and practical steps you can directly apply in your life. This way, transformation is not just understood in the mind, but deeply felt in the heart — and lived in your everyday reality.
